Prescription Medications

Due to federal and state regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed. This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of all medications.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products & Wellness Items

• Items may be returned within 3 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

Beauty Products

• Returns accepted within 3 days of purchase with receipt.

• Items must be unopened and in original condition.

• We do not accept returns on opened skincare or beauty products for hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Prescription medications

• Opened or used products

• Items without a receipt

• Special-order items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Bring the item(s) and your receipt to our store at 203 E. Davis St. Ste B, Conroe, TX 77301

2. Speak with a team member at the pharmacy counter

3. Our staff will process your return or exchange promptly
